European vs American Roulette

European roulette has a single zero (0) with a house edge of 2.7%. American roulette adds a double zero (00), increasing the house edge to 5.26%. Whenever possible, choose European roulette for better player odds.

How Baccarat Works

Baccarat is a comparing card game played between two hands: the Player and the Banker. Your goal is to bet on which hand will have a total closest to 9. Cards 2-9 are face value, 10s and face cards count as 0, and Aces count as 1.

Baccarat Betting Options

There are three main bets: Player (pays 1:1), Banker (pays 0.95:1 with 5% commission), and Tie (pays 8:1 or 9:1). The Banker bet has the lowest house edge at approximately 1.06%, making it the most statistically favourable option.

Common Baccarat Variants

Punto Banco is the most common variant, where the casino banks the game. Other variants include Chemin de Fer and Baccarat Banque, though these are less commonly found online.

Baccarat Strategy Tips

Set a budget before playing and stick to it. The Banker bet offers the best odds mathematically. Avoid the Tie bet despite its attractive payout — it carries a much higher house edge. Track your sessions and take regular breaks.
